As a mother of three children under the age of four, I am constantly overwhelmed by about... well everything.  Valerie at Squared Away was able to come in and help devise an easy to follow organizational plan for my kitchen and my master closet.  I was worried that the work she did would quickly go back to the way it used to look due to my busy life, but she listened to my needs and set up a system that was and continues to be easy to follow.  I then realized she had an eye for "space", so I also hired her to help with colors and layouts of my childrens rooms.  She is great with suggesting items and ideas to fit your lifestyle and tying in items that I already had.  Squared Away really came through with the promise to help create an organized environment in my otherwise chaotic life.

I'm a small business owner, mother, and wife and it seems that my child, family, and career always come before my home.  I just never can find the time to fully pull a room together, and parts of our daily life spill into every room.  I also think that you either have an eye for colors or you don't; I don't but Valerie definately has that eye.  I needed Valerie's help but wanted more of a "lesson" on how to make good organization and decorating decisions since almost every room in our home needed something.  She taught me the range of basic to elegant, and that sometimes something basic can look elegant and visa versa if placed properly in a room.  She gave our home a much needed fresh breath of style and helped with the piles that were growing in every room.  Valerie at Squared Away most importantly has given me the confidence to finish all of the unfinished projects in our home.  She taught me it does not need to be overwhelming, and it does not need to be done all at one time, even though I plan on bringing her back quite often over the next year!
